so college life??...

HELOOOOOO WORLD!!!!!! I'm VERY sorry I havent written in so long...I am now living in a dorm at MSUM! As any freshmen can remember, I was TERRIFIED all summer. It ran my life for a while until I sucked it up and went. It's only orientation and i'm already LOVING IT! I'm a very family oriented person (for those of you who might use that as an excuse) and I belive this is giving me a chance to grow. I can do things all by myself, just like the grown-up I've always wanted to be. I'm sure this road will get rocky and I might find myself questioning my choices, but I'm ready to take anything with an open mind and a smile on my face! I'm looking forward to the first stressful night of studying and tests. Because I KNOW this is where i'm supposed to be!

Osama Bin Laden CRISIS

I'll be one of the first to admit it; I'm not too sure I believe the media and government. This whole situation seems rather fishy to me. "Buried at sea"? COME ON?! I want cold, hard, PROOF! Not just their word. I've come to believe there are many countries that would have taken his body and buried him. (I heard the reason he was "buried at sea" was because they thought no country would bury him in their country) What about Hitler? He, in my opinion, was FAR worse than Osama, and he was cremated then dumped in some bunker crater. Nontheless, I'm sure time will tell what REALLY happend to Osama Bin Laden.
How many people know about Osama's brother being killed? Which, by the way, sparked this long battle? How many know that his family thought it was the U.S? How many know that if we would have communicated with them this could have been sorted out? We know less than we think. The media is just saying one side of the story, same for the government. People, PLEASE DON'T believe EVERYTHING you see or hear. Think about it logically. Ask questions, only THEN will you have a better understanding of the REAL picture.
Also, I realise he was a CREUL horrible man, but why are we celebrating? That's one more person we can add to the death list. 4397 soldiers have died in Iraq since 2003. When will this END? When will our soldiers come home and this military operation end? We are DESTROYING our world and people. We should be working together, not shooting eachother. When will our president take a stand and fix this mess?

Censorship

I'm doing an essay on the censorship of books...It never really hit me till today that people censor our history books!!!! How do we even know the things in there happened????? These books are written from the eyes of the so called "winners" not the losers.....And all these great american victories??? Since when is killing people great? What these people are failing to notice is all the pain and agony all these people went through. The writers have no souls as far as I'm concerned. They make us sound like heartless..meanie heads...to put it nicely...

Some people and countries hate americans for this..I don't want to be labeled as someone who's long lost relative helped drop this country's population. War is death. Hasn't anyone ever heard the quote "make love not war"????? LISTEN TO IT!!! STOP THE VIOLENCE!!! END THE CENSORSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!

I just found a very peculiar thing on my blog....SPAM!!!!!!!!! or something. If you go under "older posts" at the bottom of the page and find the poem "boulder holders" you will see "prizes" underlined and blue, if you let the clicker guy hover over it you'll notice that a prize/game thing pops up... I'm sorry, i have let you all down (sarcasm) the days of not worrying about add-on's are over.... this is now a measure of national security.
