i haven't read Taming of the Shrew yet. sorry. it's not on my list for a while yet...i still have to read As You Like It, Hamlet, The Merchant of Venice, and a few others...otherwise i'd help.
ps, btw, thanks a lot for putting me back in my "dude" frame of mind. eversince watching "Dude, Where's my Car," i haven't been able to re-shake the habit. :P you SUCK!!!
Shrew is one of my favorites. The humor in it is just so crazy. The play itself has a lot of depth in it as it explores female values, family values, identity and love. Hopefully you've got a good teacher who will help you get past the 'language barrier' and have a lot of fun with the play.

it was a good movie, though...
